Since we started Calls That Count in 2007 we have been regularly asked by owners of small businesses whether we run workshops where they can get to grips with some solid fundamentals to help them with their own telephone prospecting. Many business owners want to be making more calls to people that don’t know them but often feel uncomfortable with aspects of the process. The result is that they simply don’t make the calls and are missing out on one of the most cost effective and productive tools in generating new business which really should be forming a part of their overall multi faceted marketing efforts. The good news is that Robbie Stepney MD at Calls That Count will be delivering a number of interactive half day workshops throughout 2011 aimed at small business owners where he’ll be giving the inside track on what works and what doesn’t in the real world. Unlike many courses/seminars on this subject the content will not be based on out dated “techniques” and ideal scenarios but will based on Robbie’s 20 years real life experience in professional sales and in particular developing business over the telephone. Attendance will be strictly limited to small select groups. Workshop objectives are to give attendees solid strategies to implement an effective telemarketing process within their business, and to come to see that telemarketing far from being something to cause concern and anxiety can actually be a lot of fun, very rewarding and ultimately extremely lucrative for their business. If you want to be settting more appointments, generating more leads, or if you simply want some strategies to help you become more at ease on the phone when talking with prospective clients then this is the workshop for you. Don’t miss out- to register your interest simply go to the contact us page on this website and complete the contact form quoting “Workshop” and full details will be sent once dates are released”
